Ron Barden, Chief Financial Officer

Ron joins WellAWARE from Agility Healthcare Solutions (a GE Company) where he served as CFO since 2007.  He was instrumental in helping lead the company from initial venture funding through its sale to GE Healthcare, where he continued as the CFO of the GE-Agility business unit. Prior to Agility, Ron held various leadership roles at Cadmus Communications Corporation, Heilig-Meyers, Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young.  Ron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (1985) and a Master of Business Administration (2000) from the College of William & Mary and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1987.
