Ronda Duckworth, Director, Partner Services

Ronda brings more than 20 years of experience in the senior living and health care fields.  Her expertise includes leadership roles, sales and marketing and community relations for leading assisted living communities including Juniper Communities and Sunrise Senior Living.  She also worked in several health care settings in marketing, provider relations, and operations for Charter Peachford Hospital, Fox Run Hospital and Charter at Cove Forge Health Systems.  Ronda has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Psychology from Georgia State University.

What does the WellAWARE Systems opportunity mean to you?

“As a former Assisted Living Executive Director, making a difference in the lives of seniors is what I am called to do.  My grandmother passed away several years ago as a result of complications of Alzheimer’s.  Prior to leaving her home via ambulance, we now know she overmedicated her back pain due to memory her loss, thus prompting her ER visit and ultimately living out the remainder of her life in a nursing home.   I’m confident WellAWARE’s technology would have helped prevent her physical demise and would have improved her quality of life.
