Mr. Horazdovsky has served as President/Chief Executive Officer of The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society (GSS), the largest non-profit provider of senior care in the U.S. since July 2003. He has been with GSS for over 30 years and is widely considered one of the most influential members of the senior care industry.
Mr. Bowman is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Volunteers of America, the 14th largest non-profit organization in the U.S. He brings a wealth of corporate counsel knowledge including experience with both national and international organizations including the American Red Cross, The NutraSweet Company, and Monsanto Company, among others.
Mr. Willcoxon is President and CEO of Fidelis Senior Care, a national managed care company that develops and administers health plans for qualified individuals with medically complex conditions. Mr. Willcoxon has performed in a variety of executive management roles in Fortune 100 and privately funded healthcare service companies including Baxter International and Caremark.
Dr. Felder is a Professor of Pathology and Associate Director of Clinical Chemistry at The University of Virginia (UVA) and a Visiting Professor of Pathology at Johns Hopkins University. Over the past 25 years, he has led a multidisciplinary research and early product development group within UVA, resulting in more than 260 publications, $35 million in grants and contracts, and 11 patents. Dr. Felder is also a successful entrepreneur having founded nine companies and he serves on various scientific advisory and business boards.
Mr. Noce is the CEO of WellAWARE™ Systems. Prior to joining the Company, he served as vice president of new business ventures for Sunrise Senior Living, Inc., one of the largest senior housing providers in the world. He also served as area vice president of operations for Sunrise, and he previously was a founding executive in several startup information technology (IT) consulting and systems integration firms.
Mr. Riechers is a co-founder and General Partner of Valhalla Partners, a venture capital firm based in Vienna, VA. He has been a successful investor in technology companies for 14 years, and spent the prior 16 years in leadership positions in 4 successful information technology companies.
Mr. Donohue is a founding partner of .406 Ventures with 16 years of entrepreneurial and venture investing experience, including 13 years as a Founder and General Partner at two venture capital funds, including Arcadia Partners, and three years as CEO of a start up company. Mr. Donohue is a currently a director of Pelletsales.com, Business Intelligence Advisors and EnergyHub. Liam also serves on the Advisory Board of Dartmouth’s Tuck Center of Private Equity and Entrepreneurship.
